Terms of Use — ব্যবহারের শর্তাবলি
LatestJobCircular.com ব্যবহার, account তৈরি, চাকরির তথ্য পড়া বা share করা, Saved Jobs ও Applied Jobs ব্যবহার, CV তৈরি অথবা চাকরির আবেদন ও application fee payment support নেওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে এই শর্তাবলি প্রযোজ্য।
১. শর্ত গ্রহণ
LatestJobCircular.com access বা ব্যবহার করলে আপনি এই Terms of Use, Privacy Policy এবং website-এ প্রযোজ্য অন্য প্রকাশিত নীতিমালা মেনে ব্যবহার করতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
কোনো শর্তে সম্মত না হলে সংশ্লিষ্ট service ব্যবহার না করার অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে। Account বা paid support service ব্যবহার করলে সংশ্লিষ্ট অতিরিক্ত operational instruction-ও প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
২. LatestJobCircular-এর সেবার প্রকৃতি
LatestJobCircular একটি Bangladesh-focused job and career information platform। আমরা সরকারি চাকরি, বেসরকারি চাকরি, ভর্তি বিজ্ঞপ্তি, career-related information এবং ব্যবহারকারী সহায়ক tools ও services প্রদান করি।
৩. বয়স ও ব্যবহারযোগ্যতা
Public job information সকল সাধারণ ব্যবহারকারী পড়তে পারেন। তবে account, payment-related activity বা job application support-এর ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহারকারীকে নিজের দেওয়া তথ্যের যথার্থতা নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
১৮ বছরের কম বয়সী কোনো ব্যবহারকারী account, payment বা application support ব্যবহার করলে parent বা legal guardian-এর supervision বা প্রয়োজনীয় consent থাকা উচিত।
৪. Account ও User Information-এর দায়িত্ব
Account তৈরি বা ব্যবহার করার সময় সঠিক, বর্তমান এবং নিজের তথ্য ব্যবহার করা ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব।
- অন্য ব্যক্তির পরিচয় ব্যবহার করে fake account তৈরি করা যাবে না;
- account password ও verification link নিরাপদ রাখতে হবে;
- OTP, PIN বা confidential credential অন্যের সাথে share করা উচিত নয়;
- account misuse বা unauthorized access সন্দেহ হলে দ্রুত support-এ জানাতে হবে;
- profile বা application-related information ভুল হলে তার ফলাফলের দায় ব্যবহারকারীর হতে পারে।
৫. Job Circular, Public Information ও Sharing
আমাদের উদ্দেশ্য হলো চাকরির তথ্য যত বেশি সম্ভব সংশ্লিষ্ট job seekers-এর কাছে পৌঁছে দেওয়া। তাই ব্যবহারকারীরা LatestJobCircular-এর job page link এবং চাকরির factual information যেমন job title, organization name, vacancy, deadline, eligibility summary ও official application link ব্যক্তিগত, শিক্ষামূলক বা চাকরিপ্রার্থীকে তথ্য পৌঁছে দেওয়ার উদ্দেশ্যে share করতে পারেন।
Original circular, government notice, employer notice, newspaper material, logo, photograph বা third-party document-এর ওপর যেখানে copyright বা অন্য অধিকার প্রযোজ্য, সেই অধিকার সংশ্লিষ্ট publisher/authority/owner-এর কাছেই থাকে। LatestJobCircular এমন third-party material-এর মালিকানা দাবি করে না।
কোনো চাকরিতে আবেদন করার আগে official circular বা recruiting authority-এর website থেকে deadline, eligibility, fee এবং application instruction পুনরায় যাচাই করা ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব।
৬. LatestJobCircular-এর নিজস্ব Content ও Brand Rights
Third-party job facts বা official notices-এর মালিকানা দাবি না করলেও LatestJobCircular-এর নিজস্ব website design, source-code presentation, original explanatory writing, content arrangement, database compilation, custom graphics, icons, tools, templates, branding, logo treatment এবং other original materials-এর অধিকার সংরক্ষিত।
Written permission ছাড়া নিচের কাজগুলো করা যাবে না:
- site-এর বড় অংশ automatedভাবে scrape/copy করা;
- LatestJobCircular database বা organized content commercialভাবে mirror/repackage করা;
- আমাদের original article/explanation নিজের নামে republish করা;
- logo/brand ব্যবহার করে নিজেকে LatestJobCircular-এর official representative হিসেবে উপস্থাপন করা;
- site design, private source code বা proprietary tool mass-copy করা;
- content এমনভাবে reuse করা যাতে original source সম্পর্কে বিভ্রান্তি তৈরি হয়।
সাধারণ job seeker-কে সাহায্যের জন্য link sharing বা সীমিত factual information sharing এই restriction-এর উদ্দেশ্য নয়।
৭. নিষিদ্ধ ব্যবহার
Website, account বা support system ব্যবহার করে নিচের কার্যক্রম করা নিষিদ্ধ:
- fraud, impersonation, fake identity বা misleading information;
- spam, bulk abuse বা unwanted automated submissions;
- malware, malicious code, phishing বা credential theft;
- website security bypass, unauthorized access বা vulnerability exploitation;
- unreasonable automated scraping, bot traffic বা server overload;
- অন্য ব্যবহারকারীর data বা account-এ unauthorized access;
- LatestJobCircular brand ব্যবহার করে fake payment/support collection;
- illegal, defamatory, threatening বা fraudulent content;
- applicable Bangladesh law লঙ্ঘন করে এমন ব্যবহার।
Legitimate search engine crawling, normal browser use এবং lawful job-information sharing এই prohibition-এর আওতায় পড়ে না।
৮. Job Application Form ও Payment Support
বাংলাদেশের অনেক job seeker online application form, photo/signature requirements, educational information entry বা Teletalk এবং অন্যান্য approved application-payment process-এর সাথে পরিচিত নাও হতে পারেন। তাদের কাজ সহজ করার জন্য LatestJobCircular optional online job application support প্রদান করে।
ব্যবহারকারী নিজে আবেদন করতে সক্ষম হলে তাকে আমাদের support নেওয়ার কোনো বাধ্যবাধকতা নেই। আমরা কাউকে service নিতে force করি না, unnecessary pressure দিই না এবং চাকরির সুযোগ হারানোর ভয় দেখিয়ে support গ্রহণে বাধ্য করি না।
ব্যবহারকারী support চাইলে তার দেওয়া তথ্য এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট official circular/application system-এর instruction অনুসারে application process সম্পন্ন করতে reasonable care নেওয়া হয়। প্রয়োজন হলে form fill-up, photo/signature preparation guidance, application review এবং official application fee payment process-এ সহায়তা দেওয়া হতে পারে।
Confidential payment information
ব্যবহারকারী কখনো password, OTP, bKash/Nagad বা অন্য mobile financial account PIN, banking PIN, card PIN বা CVV আমাদের দেবেন না। কোনো payment step-এ user authorization বা OTP প্রয়োজন হলে ব্যবহারকারী নিজে সেই authorization সম্পন্ন করবেন।
৯. Support Charge ও Official Application Fee
Job application support একটি optional assisted service। কাজের ধরন, application complexity এবং প্রয়োজনীয় support অনুযায়ী একটি ন্যূনতম reasonable support charge প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
Support শুরু করার আগে প্রযোজ্য service charge ব্যবহারকারীকে জানানো হবে। ব্যবহারকারী সম্মত হলে কাজ শুরু করা হবে। আমরা hidden charge যোগ করার বা ব্যবহারকারীকে অযৌক্তিকভাবে বেশি charge নেওয়ার উদ্দেশ্যে service পরিচালনা করি না।
Recruiting authority, Teletalk বা অন্য official application platform-এর application fee আমাদের support charge-এর অংশ নয়। Official fee সংশ্লিষ্ট authority-এর নির্ধারিত amount ও rules অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য।
Official application fee submit হওয়ার পরে refund পাওয়া যাবে কি না তা সংশ্লিষ্ট recruiting authority/payment system-এর policy-এর ওপর নির্ভর করে। LatestJobCircular সেই third-party fee refund সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে না।
১০. Free CV Maker Tools
LatestJobCircular-এর ১ পেজ Standard CV Maker এবং ২ পেজ Professional High Profile CV Maker ব্যবহার সম্পূর্ণ ফ্রি। ব্যবহারকারী নিজের তথ্য দিয়ে CV তৈরি করে PDF, PNG, JPG format-এ download এবং print করতে পারেন।
CV-তে দেওয়া personal, academic বা professional information-এর সঠিকতার দায়িত্ব ব্যবহারকারীর। LatestJobCircular ভুল বা false information দিয়ে employer-কে mislead করার জন্য CV tool ব্যবহার সমর্থন করে না।

১১. Third-party Website, Employer ও Payment Service
LatestJobCircular থেকে government website, employer site, recruitment portal, Teletalk, newspaper, payment service বা অন্যান্য third-party platform-এ link থাকতে পারে।
Third-party website-এর availability, content, security, privacy, payment rule, application deadline বা technical problem LatestJobCircular নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে না। ব্যবহারকারী সেই service-এর terms ও official instruction অনুসরণ করবেন।
১২. Job Alerts ও Email Communication
LatestJobCircular প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী registered ও eligible user-দের job alert, account-related অথবা platform communication পাঠাতে পারে। Job Alert platform-এর informational service; এটি কোনো employer-এর official recruitment notice-এর বিকল্প নয়।
User account-related গুরুত্বপূর্ণ communication account operation ও security-এর অংশ হিসেবে প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
১৩. Account Suspension, Blocking ও Service Restriction
Website, users বা platform-এর নিরাপত্তা রক্ষার জন্য আমরা প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী account বা access temporarily restrict, suspend বা block করতে পারি যদি reasonable evidence থাকে যে user:
- fraud, impersonation বা abusive activity করছে;
- spam বা automated abuse করছে;
- fake account/data ব্যবহার করছে;
- website security compromise করার চেষ্টা করছে;
- অন্য user-এর privacy বা account ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত করছে;
- এই Terms বা applicable Bangladesh law গুরুতরভাবে লঙ্ঘন করছে।
প্রয়োজন হলে incident record সংরক্ষণ, hosting/security provider-কে report অথবা competent authority-এর lawful request-এর সাথে cooperation করা হতে পারে।
১৪. Information Disclaimer
আমরা job information যথাসম্ভব নির্ভুল ও updated রাখার চেষ্টা করি। তবুও employer update, deadline change, correction, technical issue বা source change-এর কারণে কোনো তথ্য পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
Apply করার আগে official source যাচাই করা ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব। কোনো discrepancy দেখলে আমাদের Contact/Support channel-এ জানাতে উৎসাহিত করা হয়।
LatestJobCircular কোনো employment agency হিসেবে third-party employer-এর selection decision নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে না এবং employment guarantee দেয় না।
১৫. দায়সীমা
Applicable law দ্বারা যতটুকু অনুমোদিত, third-party employer-এর decision, external website downtime, official portal error, deadline change, payment network failure, user-provided incorrect information অথবা user-এর official instruction না মানার কারণে সৃষ্টি হওয়া ক্ষতির জন্য LatestJobCircular দায়ী হবে না।
আমাদের নিজস্ব paid support-এর ক্ষেত্রে reasonable care নেওয়া হয়; তবে recruiting authority বা external payment/application platform-এর system failure বা final decision আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে।
১৬. Abuse, Cyber Misuse ও আইনগত ব্যবস্থা
Fraud, phishing, unauthorized access, identity misuse, malicious hacking, data theft, fake payment collection, brand impersonation বা অন্য গুরুতর cyber abuse-এর ক্ষেত্রে আমরা account restriction, evidence preservation, service-provider notification এবং প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী আইনগত ব্যবস্থা নিতে পারি।
এই ধরনের ব্যবস্থা বাংলাদেশে সময় সময় কার্যকর Cyber Security Act, 2026, তার সংশোধনী এবং অন্যান্য applicable criminal, civil, copyright, data protection ও cyber laws-এর অধীনে গ্রহণ করা হতে পারে।
১৭. Governing Law ও Jurisdiction
এই Terms of Use বাংলাদেশে প্রচলিত আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত ও ব্যাখ্যা করা হবে।
Applicable law-এ অন্যথা বাধ্যতামূলক jurisdiction না থাকলে, LatestJobCircular.com সম্পর্কিত কোনো dispute আদালতের মাধ্যমে নিষ্পত্তির প্রয়োজন হলে Sylhet, Bangladesh-এর competent courts-এর jurisdiction প্রযোজ্য হবে।
১৮. Terms পরিবর্তন
Website feature, legal requirement, support process, advertising, payment method বা operational practice পরিবর্তিত হলে এই Terms update করা হতে পারে।
Material update হলে এই page-এর “সর্বশেষ আপডেট” তারিখ পরিবর্তন করা হবে। Updated Terms প্রকাশের পর service ব্যবহার করলে applicable law অনুযায়ী updated Terms প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

LatestJobCircular encourages lawful sharing of job information to help job seekers. Users may share links and factual information such as job titles, employer names, vacancies, deadlines, eligibility summaries and official application links for legitimate informational purposes.
Copyright or other rights in original government notices, employer notices, newspaper materials, photographs, logos and third-party documents remain with their respective owners where applicable. LatestJobCircular does not claim ownership of third-party materials.
LatestJobCircular Original Materials
The platform's original writing, arrangement, database compilation, custom graphics, branding, tools, templates and proprietary website materials may not be mass-scraped, commercially repackaged, impersonated or reproduced in a misleading manner without permission. These restrictions are not intended to prevent ordinary job seekers from sharing links or limited factual job information.
Optional Job Application Support
Many job seekers may need assistance with online application forms, document requirements or Teletalk and other approved application-fee procedures. LatestJobCircular offers optional support to make the process easier. Users are never required or pressured to purchase this service.
A reasonable minimum support charge may apply depending on the work required, and the charge is disclosed before support begins. Official recruitment/application fees are separate and are determined by the relevant recruiting authority.
Application support does not guarantee employment, examination selection, an interview, an admit card or final recruitment. Those decisions remain with the relevant employer or recruiting authority.
Payment Safety
Users must never provide passwords, OTP codes, mobile-financial-service PINs, banking PINs, card PINs or CVV numbers to LatestJobCircular. Any step requiring private authorization must be completed by the user.
Accounts and Prohibited Use
Fraud, impersonation, spam, phishing, malware, unauthorized access, abusive automated scraping, security attacks and other unlawful use are prohibited. LatestJobCircular may suspend or block abusive accounts and may take appropriate action under applicable laws of Bangladesh, including applicable cyber-security laws.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes requiring court proceedings are subject to the competent courts of Sylhet, Bangladesh.
