চাকরির নামে fake recruitment, advance-payment scam, phishing, impersonation, suspicious application link এবং confidential credential theft থেকে নিজেকে কীভাবে রক্ষা করবেন—এই safety guide-এ practical ভাবে তা ব্যাখ্যা করা হয়েছে।
১. প্রথম Safety Rule: চাকরি পাওয়ার নিশ্চয়তার নামে টাকা দেবেন না
কোনো ব্যক্তি, page, group বা তথাকথিত recruiter যদি বলে “নিশ্চিত চাকরি”, “selection confirm”, “exam ছাড়াই job”, “appointment letter guaranteed” অথবা “ভেতরে লোক আছে”—এবং এর বিনিময়ে টাকা চায়, সেটি গুরুতর warning sign।
২. Fake Job বা Recruitment Scam-এর Common Red Flags
৩. Apply করার আগে Official Source যাচাই করুন
Job information কোথায় দেখেছেন তার পাশাপাশি original recruiting authority-এর source verify করুন।
কমপক্ষে নিচের তথ্য মিলিয়ে দেখুন:
- organization/employer-এর official name;
- job title ও vacancy;
- education/experience requirements;
- age limit;
- application start ও deadline;
- official application URL;
- application fee;
- payment method;
- original circular/corrigendum।
৪. Application Fee ও Payment Safety
Genuine recruitment process-এ official application fee থাকতে পারে। তবে fee amount, payment channel এবং deadline original circular বা official portal থেকে verify করুন।
- official fee এবং service/support charge এক জিনিস নয়;
- অজানা personal wallet/account-এ “selection fee” পাঠাবেন না;
- payment-এর আগে receiver/service identity verify করুন;
- transaction confirmation নিজের কাছে রাখুন;
- payment screen-এর domain/app identity যাচাই করুন;
- duplicate payment হলে তাড়াহুড়া না করে transaction history যাচাই করুন।
৫. Password, OTP, PIN ও CVV কখনো Share করবেন না
কোনো application বা payment step-এ OTP/private authorization প্রয়োজন হলে আপনি নিজেই সেই step সম্পন্ন করবেন।
Screen-share বা remote-control app ব্যবহার করতে বলা হলেও sensitive credential type করার সময় সতর্ক থাকুন। কোনো third party-কে password manager, SMS inbox বা mobile financial app access দেবেন না।
৬. Phishing Link ও Suspicious Website চেনার উপায়
Fake recruitment website দেখতে official site-এর মতো হতে পারে। Link click করার আগে domain ভালোভাবে দেখুন।
- spelling mistake বা extra characters আছে কি না;
- unexpected shortened link ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে কি না;
- browser warning দেখাচ্ছে কি না;
- HTTPS থাকলেও domain সত্যিই official কি না;
- page login/password/OTP অস্বাভাবিকভাবে চাইছে কি না;
- download করতে executable/app install করতে বলছে কি না।
৭. LatestJobCircular বা Employer-এর Impersonation থেকে সতর্ক থাকুন
কেউ LatestJobCircular staff, government officer, employer representative বা recruiting agent পরিচয় দিয়ে টাকা বা credential চাইলে আগে identity verify করুন।

৮. LatestJobCircular Application Support নিরাপদভাবে ব্যবহার করুন
যেসব job seeker online form, document requirement বা official fee payment process বুঝতে অসুবিধা অনুভব করেন, তাদের জন্য LatestJobCircular optional application support দিতে পারে।
Support নেওয়া বাধ্যতামূলক নয়। User নিজে apply করতে পারলে নিজেই official portal ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।
Support-এর সময়:
- নিজের personal/academic information সঠিকভাবে দিন;
- final important information review করুন;
- OTP/PIN/CVV নিজে handle করুন;
- official application fee ও support service আলাদা বুঝুন;
- কেউ job guarantee দিলে বিশ্বাস করবেন না;
- submission-এর পরে application copy/confirmation সংরক্ষণ করুন।
৯. Teletalk ও Online Application Payment নিয়ে Confusion
বাংলাদেশে অনেক job seeker Teletalk-based অথবা অন্য online application/payment process-এর সাথে পরিচিত নাও হতে পারেন। এই confusion-এর সুযোগ নিয়ে scammer ভুল instruction দিতে পারে।
Safe practice:
- official circular-এর payment instruction follow করুন;
- application ID/User ID/transaction reference ঠিকভাবে মিলিয়ে নিন;
- SMS instruction official process-এর সাথে মিলছে কি না দেখুন;
- payment deadline আলাদা হলে সেটিও verify করুন;
- random number থেকে “payment failed, আবার পাঠান” message পেলে verify না করে টাকা পাঠাবেন না।
১০. CV, NID/Document ও Personal Data Safety
CV-তে personal information থাকে। তাই public group বা unknown person-এর কাছে full CV, NID image, passport copy, certificate scan বা signature অপ্রয়োজনে পাঠাবেন না।
Employer/recruitment process সত্যি কি না verify করার পরে প্রয়োজনীয় document share করুন এবং যতটুকু প্রয়োজন ততটুকুই দিন।
CV তৈরির জন্য: Standard CV Maker এবং Professional CV Maker ব্যবহার করা যাবে।
১১. কোনো Job Suspicious মনে হলে কী করবেন
- তৎক্ষণাৎ payment বা credential দেওয়া বন্ধ করুন;
- official employer/recruitment website খুঁজে দেখুন;
- original circular verify করুন;
- phone/email/WhatsApp identity cross-check করুন;
- screenshot, URL এবং message evidence সংরক্ষণ করুন;
- LatestJobCircular-এ suspicious job report করুন;
- প্রয়োজনে relevant payment provider বা competent authority-এর official reporting channel ব্যবহার করুন।
১২. টাকা বা Account Information দিয়ে ফেললে কী করবেন
Scam সন্দেহ হওয়ার পরে দ্রুত action নেওয়া গুরুত্বপূর্ণ।
- যদি password share করে থাকেন, সঙ্গে সঙ্গে password change করুন;
- same password অন্য site-এ ব্যবহার করলে সেখানেও change করুন;
- payment account provider-এর official support channel-এ যোগাযোগ করুন;
- card/payment credential exposed হলে relevant financial provider-কে জানান;
- email/account security settings review করুন;
- unknown logged-in sessions থাকলে sign out/revoke করুন;
- evidence delete করবেন না;
- serious fraud হলে competent authority-এর official channel-এ report বিবেচনা করুন।
১৩. Apply করার আগে ৩০-সেকেন্ড Safety Checklist
নিজেকে এই প্রশ্নগুলো করুন:
- Employer/organization সত্যি এবং official source আছে?
- Application URL official?
- Deadline ও eligibility match করছে?
- Fee amount official circular-এর সাথে মিলে?
- কেউ চাকরি guarantee করছে?
- কেউ personal wallet-এ selection money চাইছে?
- OTP/PIN/CVV/password চাইছে?
- Link/domain suspicious মনে হচ্ছে?
- Too-good-to-be-true salary/offer?
- আমি submission-এর আগে তথ্য final review করেছি?
১৪. Suspicious Job বা Scam Report করুন

LatestJobCircular never asks users to provide account passwords, OTP codes, mobile-financial-service PINs, banking PINs, card PINs or CVV numbers. Any private authorization step should be completed by the user.

Phishing and Impersonation
Check domains carefully, do not trust a site merely because it uses HTTPS, and verify anyone claiming to represent an employer, government authority or LatestJobCircular before sending money or personal information.
