১. LatestJobCircular একটি স্বাধীন তথ্যভিত্তিক প্ল্যাটফর্ম
LatestJobCircular.com একটি Bangladesh-focused independent job and career information platform। আমরা কোনো সরকারি মন্ত্রণালয়, সরকারি দপ্তর, recruiting authority, employer, Teletalk authority বা third-party organization-এর official website নই, যদি কোনো নির্দিষ্ট page-এ স্পষ্টভাবে অন্যথা উল্লেখ না থাকে।
২. চাকরির তথ্যের যথার্থতা
LatestJobCircular job seekers-এর সুবিধার জন্য সরকারি, বেসরকারি, admission ও career-related information সংগ্রহ, সংগঠিত ও সহজভাবে উপস্থাপন করার চেষ্টা করে।
আমরা information যথাসম্ভব accurate, useful ও updated রাখার চেষ্টা করি। তবে source update, corrigendum, employer decision, deadline change, human error, technical issue বা publication delay-এর কারণে কোনো তথ্য অসম্পূর্ণ, পরিবর্তিত বা পুরোনো হয়ে যেতে পারে।
LatestJobCircular-এ কোনো তথ্য প্রকাশিত হওয়াকে সেই তথ্যের absolute legal, contractual বা recruitment guarantee হিসেবে বিবেচনা করা যাবে না।
৩. আবেদন করার আগে Official Source যাচাই করুন
কোনো চাকরিতে আবেদন করার আগে সংশ্লিষ্ট employer, ministry, authority, official recruitment portal বা original circular থেকে অন্তত নিচের তথ্য পুনরায় যাচাই করা ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব:
LatestJobCircular summary এবং official source-এর মধ্যে পার্থক্য থাকলে official recruiting authority-এর published instruction-কে অগ্রাধিকার দিতে হবে।
৪. Application Deadline ও পরবর্তী পরিবর্তন
Job circular প্রকাশের পরে employer বা authority deadline extend, suspend, cancel, reopen বা অন্য কোনো condition পরিবর্তন করতে পারে। LatestJobCircular সেই decision নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে না।
Deadline শেষ হওয়া job page informational/archive purpose-এ LatestJobCircular-এ থাকতে পারে। কোনো page public থাকা মানেই সেই job-এর application এখনও open—এমন নয়।
৫. Optional Job Application Support
যেসব job seeker online application process, required information, photo/signature preparation guidance বা application fee payment steps বুঝতে অসুবিধা অনুভব করেন, তাদের জন্য LatestJobCircular optional application support প্রদান করে।
এই support service নেওয়া সম্পূর্ণ ব্যবহারকারীর ইচ্ছাধীন। ব্যবহারকারী নিজে আবেদন করতে পারলে আমাদের service নেওয়ার কোনো প্রয়োজন বা বাধ্যবাধকতা নেই। আমরা কাউকে pressure দিয়ে, চাকরি হারানোর ভয় দেখিয়ে বা misleading claim করে support service নিতে বাধ্য করি না।
Support প্রয়োজন হলে ব্যবহারকারীর দেওয়া তথ্য এবং relevant official circular/application instruction অনুসারে reasonable care নিয়ে application process সম্পন্ন করতে সহায়তা করা হয়।
৬. Teletalk, Application Fee ও Payment System
বাংলাদেশে অনেক recruitment process-এ Teletalk বা অন্য approved payment method ব্যবহার হতে পারে। প্রয়োজনে আমরা user-কে payment process বুঝতে বা official application fee payment সম্পন্ন করতে সহায়তা করতে পারি।
Official application fee নিয়োগকারী কর্তৃপক্ষের নির্ধারিত fee। এটি LatestJobCircular-এর support charge থেকে আলাদা।
Teletalk, mobile financial service, bank, card network, government portal বা third-party payment system-এর outage, delay, rejected transaction, duplicate transaction, maintenance, SMS delay বা technical failure LatestJobCircular-এর নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে।
৭. ব্যবহারকারীর দেওয়া তথ্যের দায়িত্ব
Application support, account, profile বা CV তৈরির সময় ব্যবহারকারী নিজের নাম, জন্মতারিখ, academic information, experience, mobile, address এবং অন্যান্য information সঠিকভাবে দেওয়ার জন্য দায়ী।
User ভুল, অসম্পূর্ণ, outdated বা misleading information দিলে তার কারণে application rejection, mismatch, document verification issue বা অন্য সমস্যা হলে LatestJobCircular দায়ী থাকবে না।
Support team তথ্য formatting বা submission process-এ সাহায্য করতে পারে; কিন্তু ব্যবহারকারীর official personal/academic information সত্য কি না তা independently certify করে না।
৮. Third-party Website, Portal ও External Links
LatestJobCircular থেকে employer website, government portal, recruitment website, Teletalk, newspaper, payment provider বা অন্য external site-এ link থাকতে পারে।
External website-এর content, privacy, security, availability, accuracy, malware protection, payment terms, login system বা technical operation LatestJobCircular নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে না।
Third-party link দেওয়া convenience ও source verification-এর জন্য; link থাকা মানেই সেই third-party service-এর সব content বা practice আমরা endorse করি—এমন নয়।
৯. CV Maker ও CV Content-এর দায়িত্ব
LatestJobCircular-এর Standard CV Maker এবং Professional High Profile CV Maker ব্যবহারকারীকে নিজের information দিয়ে CV তৈরি, download ও print করার সুবিধা দেয়।
CV-তে ব্যবহারকারী যে educational qualification, experience, skill, reference বা personal information লিখবেন তার accuracy ও authenticity ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব।
CV template professional presentation-এর জন্য তৈরি; কোনো specific employer CV গ্রহণ করবে, interview দেবে বা চাকরি দেবে—এমন নিশ্চয়তা CV tool প্রদান করে না।

১০. Recruitment Decision সম্পূর্ণভাবে Employer-এর
Application submit, fee payment, admit card, exam result, interview, medical test, document verification, merit list, waiting list, appointment letter বা final joining—এসবের সিদ্ধান্ত সংশ্লিষ্ট employer/recruiting authority-এর।
LatestJobCircular কোনো third-party recruitment process influence, control বা guarantee করে না এবং চাকরি পাইয়ে দেওয়ার নামে অর্থ গ্রহণ করার service পরিচালনা করে না।
১১. Website ও Service Availability
আমরা website reliable ও accessible রাখার চেষ্টা করি। তবে hosting maintenance, network failure, software update, security incident, third-party dependency বা অন্য technical কারণে website বা কোনো feature সাময়িকভাবে unavailable হতে পারে।
Internet-based service হওয়ায় uninterrupted, error-free বা permanently available operation-এর absolute guarantee দেওয়া সম্ভব নয়।
১২. Advertising ও Sponsored Content
LatestJobCircular ভবিষ্যতে Google AdSense বা অন্য approved advertising platform-এর মাধ্যমে বিজ্ঞাপন প্রদর্শন করতে পারে। কোনো ad, advertiser বা sponsored placement website-এ দেখা গেলেই সেটি LatestJobCircular-এর চাকরির recommendation, endorsement বা employment guarantee হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে না।
User কোনো advertisement বা advertiser website-এর সাথে interact করলে সেই third-party-এর terms, privacy policy, product/service quality এবং transaction rules প্রযোজ্য হবে।
১৩. দায়সীমা
Applicable law দ্বারা যতটুকু অনুমোদিত, third-party employer-এর decision, official deadline change, external portal failure, Teletalk/payment outage, user-provided incorrect information, external website content, recruitment cancellation বা অন্য third-party action-এর কারণে সরাসরি বা পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির জন্য LatestJobCircular দায়ী হবে না।
আমাদের own support service-এ reasonable care নেওয়া হয়। তবুও final recruitment outcome, third-party system availability বা employer decision আমাদের control-এর বাইরে।
১৪. ভুল তথ্য, Correction বা Disclaimer বিষয়ে যোগাযোগ
কোনো job post-এ ভুল, outdated, misleading বা suspicious information দেখলে আমাদের জানান। Relevant job title, organization, issue এবং page URL দিলে দ্রুত review করা সহজ হয়।

User-Provided Information
