Advertising Policy — বিজ্ঞাপন নীতি
LatestJobCircular ভবিষ্যতে বিজ্ঞাপন চালু করলে ads কীভাবে editorial content থেকে আলাদা থাকবে, কোথায় বিজ্ঞাপন দেখানো হবে না, sponsored content কীভাবে label করা হবে এবং user privacy ও safety কীভাবে রক্ষা করা হবে—এই নীতিতে তা নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে।
১. বর্তমান Advertising Status
LatestJobCircular ভবিষ্যতে traffic ও platform readiness উপযুক্ত হলে Google AdSense এবং/অথবা অন্য approved advertising arrangement ব্যবহার করতে পারে।
এই Advertising Policy future-ready standards নির্ধারণ করছে। Policy প্রকাশিত থাকা মানেই বর্তমানে Google AdSense ads serving হচ্ছে—এমন নয়।
২. আমাদের Advertising Principles
৩. Editorial Independence
Advertiser, sponsor বা advertising revenue কোনো job post-এর factual content, verification standard, correction decision, deadline, eligibility summary বা editorial conclusion কিনতে পারবে না।
কোনো advertiser payment করলে তার বিনিময়ে fake vacancy, false urgency, fabricated recruitment claim, guaranteed চাকরি বা misleading editorial endorsement প্রকাশ করা হবে না।
৪. Advertising ও Sponsored Content Labeling
Google Display ads ব্যবহার করলে applicable Google policy অনুযায়ী advertising placement-কে এমন heading বা design দেওয়া হবে না যাতে user সেটিকে job listing, navigation, download link বা editorial recommendation মনে করেন।
প্রয়োজনীয় label ব্যবহার করলে clear terms যেমন “Advertisements” বা “Sponsored Links” ব্যবহার করা হবে।
Direct sponsored content বা paid partnership থাকলে user যেন commercial nature বুঝতে পারেন, সে জন্য প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী Sponsored, Advertisement অথবা সমতুল্য clear disclosure ব্যবহার করা হবে।
৫. Ad Placement ও User Experience
Ads এমনভাবে বসানো হবে না যাতে accidental click হওয়ার ঝুঁকি তৈরি হয় অথবা advertisement কোনো application button, navigation control, download button, employer link বা website functionality-এর অংশ বলে মনে হয়।
- Apply/Download/Next/Previous buttons-এর খুব কাছে misleading ad placement নয়;
- ad-এর দিকে arrow, flashing indicator বা unnatural attention নয়;
- content-এর মতো imitate করে deceptive placement নয়;
- ad click করলে reward/benefit দেওয়ার প্রতিশ্রুতি নয়;
- pop-under বা deceptive navigation-based ad experience নয়;
- mobile screen-এ content usability নষ্ট করে এমন placement নয়।
৬. Sensitive ও Private Areas-এ Advertising
User trust, clarity এবং privacy রক্ষার জন্য LatestJobCircular private communication এবং sensitive account/security flows-কে advertising থেকে আলাদা রাখবে।
আমাদের intended policy অনুযায়ী Google/display ads রাখা হবে না:
- Contact Us form-এর private message submission area-তে;
- Support form-এর private support conversation/submission area-তে;
- password reset, email verification বা sensitive authentication flow-এ;
- OTP/PIN/payment authorization instruction area-তে;
- email message-এর body-তে Google AdSense ad code হিসেবে;
- এমন private communication page-এ যেখানে ad placement applicable ad policy-এর সাথে অসামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ।
৭. Ad Click Encourage বা Manipulate করা নিষিদ্ধ
LatestJobCircular user-কে বিজ্ঞাপনে click করতে বলবে না এবং ad clicks বাড়ানোর জন্য deceptive বা incentivized technique ব্যবহার করবে না।
উদাহরণ হিসেবে আমরা ব্যবহার করব না:
- “আমাদের support করতে ad-এ click করুন” ধরনের message;
- “এই বিজ্ঞাপনে click করলে চাকরি পাওয়ার chance বাড়বে” claim;
- fake download/apply button;
- ad-এর দিকে arrow বা attention-grabbing animation;
- user-কে accidental click করানোর layout।
৮. Sponsored Job বা Paid Recruitment Promotion
ভবিষ্যতে কোনো legitimate employer paid recruitment promotion বা sponsored visibility চাইলে তা normal editorial verification standard এড়িয়ে publish করা হবে না।
Sponsored job content হলে commercial relationship user-এর কাছ থেকে গোপন করা হবে না এবং factual recruitment claim যাচাইযোগ্য হতে হবে।
Payment-এর বিনিময়ে job guarantee, selection guarantee অথবা “LatestJobCircular verified চাকরি নিশ্চিত” ধরনের misleading endorsement দেওয়া হবে না।
৯. Advertiser ও Sponsored Partner Standards
Direct advertiser বা sponsored partner-এর ক্ষেত্রে আমরা platform safety ও user trust-এর সাথে অসামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ promotion reject বা remove করতে পারি।
বিশেষভাবে গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়:
- fake recruitment বা চাকরি দেওয়ার নামে advance-payment scam;
- phishing বা credential collection;
- OTP, PIN, CVV বা banking credential চাওয়া;
- fraudulent investment/earning claims;
- impersonation of government/employer/LatestJobCircular;
- malicious download বা deceptive redirect;
- applicable law বা advertising-platform policy লঙ্ঘনকারী content।
১০. Advertising এবং User Data
LatestJobCircular user-এর নাম, mobile number, date of birth, Saved Jobs list, Applied Jobs history বা private support message advertiser-এর কাছে marketing list হিসেবে বিক্রি বা rent করে না।
Google AdSense বা অন্য advertising technology active হলে সংশ্লিষ্ট provider ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, frequency control এবং applicable personalization-এর জন্য cookies, IP address, device/browser information বা related identifiers process করতে পারে।

১১. Consent, CMP ও International Traffic
Google AdSense চালু করার সময় Google publisher requirements এবং applicable privacy law অনুযায়ী consent প্রয়োজন হলে appropriate consent mechanism ব্যবহার করা হবে।
EEA, UK এবং Switzerland-এর user-দের জন্য Google publisher products ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে applicable requirement অনুযায়ী Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) এবং applicable IAB Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF) integration ব্যবহার করা হবে।
Consent choices অনুযায়ী personalized/non-personalized advertising এবং related storage/processing applicable rules অনুসরণ করবে।
১২. Advertisement মানেই LatestJobCircular-এর Endorsement নয়
Third-party advertisement website-এ display হওয়া মানেই সেই advertiser, product, course, চাকরি, service বা offer-কে LatestJobCircular independently recommend, verify বা guarantee করছে—এমন নয়।
Ad click করে external website-এ গেলে সেই third-party-এর terms, privacy, pricing, refund, security এবং service quality প্রযোজ্য হবে।
১৩. Misleading বা Harmful Advertisement Report
User কোনো suspicious, misleading, fraudulent বা inappropriate advertisement দেখলে advertiser name, page URL এবং সম্ভব হলে screenshot information দিয়ে আমাদের report করতে পারেন।
Platform-controlled direct/sponsored content হলে আমরা তা review করে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী restrict/remove করতে পারি। Programmatic ad হলে relevant advertising platform-এর reporting/blocking tools ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে।
১৪. Advertising Policy পরিবর্তন
Google AdSense activation, direct sponsorship, consent technology, applicable law অথবা advertising-platform rule পরিবর্তিত হলে এই policy update করা হতে পারে।
Material change হলে “সর্বশেষ আপডেট” তারিখ পরিবর্তন করা হবে।
Advertising Policy — English Summary
LatestJobCircular.com may use Google AdSense or other approved advertising arrangements in the future. Publishing this policy does not mean that AdSense is currently active.
Editorial Independence
Advertising revenue does not purchase factual editorial conclusions, job-verification results, corrections, eligibility information, deadlines or recruitment guarantees. Sponsored content must not bypass our normal trust and safety standards.
Ad Labeling and Placement
Advertising will be kept distinguishable from job listings, navigation, download controls and application buttons. Google display ads will not be presented under misleading headings or in ways that encourage accidental clicks. Where a Google ad label is needed, clear terms such as “Advertisements” or “Sponsored Links” will be used.
No Click Encouragement
LatestJobCircular will not ask users to click ads, offer rewards for ad clicks, use fake Apply/Download buttons, or use arrows, animations or deceptive layouts to attract unnatural attention to advertisements.
Sensitive Areas
We intend to keep private Contact and Support submission areas, password/security flows and private payment-authorization instructions separate from display advertising. Google AdSense code will not be inserted into email-message bodies.
User Data
LatestJobCircular does not sell or rent user names, mobile numbers, dates of birth, Saved Jobs lists, Applied Jobs histories or private support messages to advertisers as marketing lists. Advertising technology providers may process limited technical identifiers for ad delivery, measurement, security and permitted personalization.
Consent
When AdSense is activated, applicable Google publisher and privacy requirements will be followed. Where required for EEA, UK and Switzerland traffic, a Google-certified CMP integrated with the applicable IAB TCF will be used.
No Automatic Endorsement
The presence of a third-party advertisement does not automatically mean that LatestJobCircular independently recommends, verifies or guarantees the advertiser, product, job, course or service.
