LatestJobCircular এমনভাবে তৈরি ও উন্নত করার চেষ্টা করে যাতে বিভিন্ন device, screen size এবং assistive technology ব্যবহারকারী job information, account features ও support resources সহজভাবে ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।
১. Accessibility-এর প্রতি আমাদের Commitment
LatestJobCircular-এর উদ্দেশ্য হলো বাংলাদেশের job seekers-এর জন্য চাকরি ও career information সহজে খুঁজে পাওয়া, পড়া এবং ব্যবহার করা সম্ভব করা। Accessibility এই user experience-এর গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশ।
আমরা নতুন feature, page এবং tool তৈরি করার সময় mobile usability, readable content, keyboard access, clear controls এবং assistive technology compatibility বিবেচনা করার চেষ্টা করি।
২. আমাদের Accessibility লক্ষ্য
LatestJobCircular web accessibility-এর widely recognized best practices অনুসরণ এবং যতটা practical সম্ভব WCAG 2.2 Level AA-এর নীতির সাথে alignment উন্নত করার লক্ষ্য রাখে।
৩. Mobile-first Usability
আমাদের অধিকাংশ ব্যবহারকারী mobile device থেকে website ব্যবহার করতে পারেন—এটি মাথায় রেখে public pages mobile-first responsive design-এ তৈরি করার লক্ষ্য রাখা হয়।
৪. Keyboard Navigation
Interactive controls যেখানে সম্ভব semantic links, buttons, form fields এবং focusable controls ব্যবহার করে keyboard navigation support করার লক্ষ্য রাখা হয়।
User Tab/Shift+Tab ব্যবহার করে navigation বা form controls-এ move করতে পারেন—এমন structure বজায় রাখার চেষ্টা করা হয়।
Keyboard focus indicator ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে hide না করা এবং focused element দৃশ্যমান রাখা accessibility best practice-এর অংশ।
৫. Text, Contrast, Light Mode ও Dark Mode
Content readability উন্নত করার জন্য clear typography, sufficient spacing এবং foreground/background contrast বজায় রাখার চেষ্টা করা হয়।
LatestJobCircular Light এবং Dark mode support করে। User-এর theme preference browser localStorage-এ মনে রাখা হতে পারে।
শুধুমাত্র color-এর ওপর critical meaning নির্ভর না করে text, labels, headings বা status wording ব্যবহার করার চেষ্টা করা হয়।
৬. Forms, Labels ও Error Messages
Registration, login, Contact, Support এবং অন্যান্য forms-এ clear labels, input purpose এবং understandable validation/error message রাখার লক্ষ্য রাখা হয়।
- required field clearly indicate করার চেষ্টা;
- mobile-appropriate input controls ব্যবহার;
- error হলে কোন field/problem ঠিক করতে হবে তা বোঝানো;
- button text action-এর উদ্দেশ্য পরিষ্কার রাখা;
- security-sensitive instruction readable রাখা।
৭. Screen Reader ও Semantic Structure
Page structure-এ যথাসম্ভব semantic headings, navigation landmarks, lists, form labels এবং meaningful link text ব্যবহার করার চেষ্টা করা হয়।
Informative image-এর ক্ষেত্রে meaningful alternative text দেওয়া উচিত। Decorative image/icon-এর ক্ষেত্রে unnecessary spoken clutter এড়ানোর জন্য appropriate treatment ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে।
Dynamic বা interactive feature তৈরির সময় screen-reader user যেন context হারিয়ে না ফেলেন—এটি design consideration হিসেবে রাখা হয়।
৮. Links, Buttons ও User Actions
Apply, Save, Download, Support, Login এবং অন্যান্য important actions যথাসম্ভব clear text/label দিয়ে উপস্থাপন করার লক্ষ্য রাখা হয়।
Advertising active হলে ads-কে application button, navigation, download link বা editorial action-এর মতো misleadingভাবে দেখানো হবে না।
৯. Circular Images, PDFs ও Third-party Content
অনেক সরকারি/বেসরকারি recruitment notice image, PDF বা external document format-এ প্রকাশিত হয়। এসব third-party document-এর accessibility আমাদের সরাসরি নিয়ন্ত্রণে নাও থাকতে পারে।
যেখানে practical, LatestJobCircular important job facts text format-এ summarize করে যাতে user শুধু circular image/PDF-এর ওপর নির্ভর না করেও মূল তথ্য বুঝতে পারেন।
১০. CV Maker ও Interactive Tools
LatestJobCircular-এর Standard CV Maker এবং Professional CV Maker সহ interactive tools mobile এবং desktop user-এর জন্য যতটা practical সম্ভব সহজ ও accessible রাখার লক্ষ্য থাকবে।
Tool-specific drag/drop, preview, image editing বা document-export functionality assistive technology-এর ক্ষেত্রে কিছু limitation সৃষ্টি করতে পারে। এমন limitation পাওয়া গেলে alternative control বা clearer instruction যোগ করার চেষ্টা করা হবে।
১১. Known বা সম্ভাব্য Limitations
Website-এর সব feature, legacy content বা third-party embedded resource সবসময় একই accessibility level-এ নাও থাকতে পারে।
বিশেষ limitation হতে পারে:
- third-party circular image বা PDF;
- external recruitment/payment portals;
- older uploaded content;
- complex document preview/export tools;
- third-party authentication বা analytics interface;
- browser/device-specific behavior।
১২. Ongoing Accessibility Improvements
Accessibility একটি একবারের কাজ নয়। Site structure, new features, user feedback এবং technical updates অনুযায়ী আমরা accessibility improve করার চেষ্টা করব।
Possible improvement-এর মধ্যে keyboard behavior, labels, focus visibility, contrast, responsive layouts, alternative text, semantic markup এবং form usability review অন্তর্ভুক্ত হতে পারে।
১৩. Accessibility Problem Report করুন
কোনো page, form, job post বা tool ব্যবহার করতে accessibility-related সমস্যা হলে আমাদের জানান।
Report-এ page URL, problem-এর short description, device/browser এবং আপনি কোন assistive technology ব্যবহার করেছেন—যদি applicable হয়— জানালে issue reproduce ও review করা সহজ হয়।

Accessibility Goal
We aim to improve alignment with widely recognized web accessibility practices, including the principles of WCAG 2.2 Level AA where practical. LatestJobCircular does not claim that it currently holds an independent formal WCAG certification.
Mobile and Keyboard Use
The website is designed with a mobile-first approach and aims to support readable layouts, touch-friendly controls, keyboard navigation and visible focus states.
Forms and Screen Readers
We aim to use clear labels, understandable validation messages, semantic headings, meaningful links and appropriate text alternatives for informative images where practical.
Third-party Documents
Recruitment notices may be published by employers or government authorities as images, PDFs or external documents whose accessibility is outside our direct control. Where practical, LatestJobCircular summarizes important recruitment facts in text form.
Ongoing Improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We may improve keyboard behavior, labels, focus visibility, contrast, responsive layouts, alternative text, semantic structure and form usability as the site evolves.
